Ask the Expert is the new solution for branches not staffed by operatives of the bank where the customer can communicate remotely with an expert and perform any type of operation.

Thanks to Ask the Expert, the modern bank that wants to be close to customers in its area can expand its reach by relying on technological tools that allow full operationality, even outside normal working hours, at an affordable cost.

A remote operator is available to the customer to guide him/her through more complex tasks, typically performed at the traditional counter, and assist with operations that can be carried out in attended self-service mode.

Thanks to a modular, integrated system that uses monitors with web-cam, tablets for biometric signatures, document scanner, printer and automatic cash machine enabled for cash-in and cash-out, the customer can perform tasks such as:
