This service concerns the collection of taxes on behalf of public bodies and the payment of charges attributed to such bodies. Within this context, Cedacri provides banks with solutions for the processing of payment documents issued by public bodies to other bodies or to employees (mandates and collection vouchers), especially for local banks, thus enabling them to strengthen their links with the surrounding area.Credits
The BPO credits service enables the management of all phases of the credit and retail product origination process, such as mortgages, personal loans and salary-backed loans. The service allows credit institutes to outsource more labour-intensive activities while retaining control over the most critical ones (credit sales and approval), thus improving the quality of their service and reducing costs. The proposed solution also includes specialist consulting support for the realisation of the engineered credit process and a proprietary workflow that monitors the progress of operations and service levels. The solution is supplied with the Business Information service of Ribes, a specialist company that offers a range of solutions to support decision-making throughout the entire credit cycle.
Reporting to supervisory bodies
The aim of this service is help the bank to resolve all issues relating to the performance of obligations prescribed by Bank of Italy regulations, specifically as regards supervisory reporting. Cedacri actively supplies the following reporting services: advance and deferred report matrix, 10-day reports, production of quarterly income statement performance reports, production and checking of reports relating to prudential ratios, large exposures, market risks and regulatory capital, usury reports, production of lists relating to the transformation of maturities and lists relating to the reporting of balance sheet entries. Furthermore, it has established a dedicated specialist team to deal with the preparation of supervisory reports on behalf of the Italian branches of foreign banks.Credit Bureau
Cedacri solutions are designed to help credit institutions comply with Bank of Italy regulations as regards the processing of messages and the preparation and transmission of monthly reports to the Central Credit Register and Association Credit Register (Centrale Rischi Associativa). In particular, the service offered by Cedacri includes the efficient management of all communications regarding changes to customer master data and company data, the accurate review of messages from the Bank of Italy, and the checking, correction, confirmation and transmission of reports to the Central Credit Register and Association Credit Register.Accounting
Cedacri proposes a high-quality service which enables banks to fulfil obligations imposed by statutory and fiscal regulations, specifically with regard to the posting of invoices and adjustment notes, VAT settlements and payment schedule controls, asset management and withholding tax management. Payment systems
Cedacri oversees the management of all conventional branch activities (relating to cheques, transfers, swipe cards, bills of exchange, customer master data, interbank reconciliation, proxies, pensions, interbank and user network), directly via the IT system, thereby freeing bank tellers from a series of purely routine activities and enabling them to concentrate more on customer relationship and sales aspects, with clear optimisation of resources and productivity. In addition to an initial data entry phase, this service includes the management of all account reconciliation activities, closely integrated with other relevant subsystems, thereby eliminating all connected issues. This service is supplemented by the management of logistical, filing and transportation aspects, for which credit institutions may also make use of consulting support from experts in the sector.Securities and Finance
Based on its extensive technical and specialist expertise, Cedacri is able to offer a comprehensive Finance & Securities platform, from master data management to typical back office processes.
