SAS 70 Type Two Certification
The Auditing System to which the company’s outsourcing services are subject was certified on the basis of the "Statement on Auditing Standards" (SAS) No. 70 - Service Organizations, formulated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), by the auditing company Ernst&Young S.p.A., with the issue of a Report SAS 70 Type Two, which expresses a positive opinion on the efficacy and correct operation of the checks in place in the audit period, with reference to the control targets relating to the processes in question (1 November 2008 to 31 October 2009).
