Certification ISAE 3402 Type Two
The operating system of controls on business processes related to service outsourcing has been certified on the basis of the International Standard on Assurance Engagements No. 3402, issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB) of the Company by Ernst & Young Audit with the issuance of a Type Two Report ISAE 3402, which had a favorable opinion on the effectiveness and the effective operation of controls in place during the audit objectives with reference to predefined control the processes in question (the period from November 1 2010-31 October 2011).
Re Valuta adopted estimation methodologies in compliance with international standards of evaluation (RICS), and the ABI guidelines for the banking sector.
