Compliance 231

Organizational Model 231

Italian Legislative Decree “June 8, 2001, No. 231” introduced new forms of liability for companies.
Effective prevention requires updated organizational and control measures, for which major business associations (ABI, ANIA, Confindustria) have developed and shared guidelines and recommendations for companies.

In response to the requirements introduced by this regulation, Cedacri has chosen to adopt the Organizational Model 231, a set of rules, tools, and conduct designed to provide the Company with an effective organizational and management system capable of identifying and preventing criminally relevant conduct carried out by the Company itself or by individuals under its direction and/or supervision.
