The 2024 Sustainability Report demonstrates Cedacri’s concrete commitment to responsible and transparent growth, providing an organized overview of the many initiatives carried out in recent years across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas.

This edition marks a further step forward in our reporting journey, thanks to the adoption of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), in line with the most recent European directives. The document presents a comprehensive overview of the initiatives implemented to support people’s well-being, strengthen local communities, and reduce environmental impacts — with specific focus on energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, and responsible resource management.

Cedacri aligns with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda, the main international reference framework guiding sustainability strategies and actions. The Report aims to encourage active stakeholder engagement while illustrating the progress made in integrating sustainability principles into corporate governance and culture, generating long-term value.

The publication of the Sustainability Report is intended to transparently share results, ongoing challenges, and future perspectives, further confirming Cedacri’s ambition to play a leading role in the transition towards a more sustainable, inclusive, and innovative business model.
