Cedacri offers a campaign management solution that helps support banks in improving the efficacy of commercial actions toward individual customers through multistep, multiwave and multichannel campaigns. The solution is configured as a tool, which by integrating the CRM commercial dwh, makes it possible to intercept the customer’s needs and requirements, developing the best possible commercial offer in real time, directing it toward the customer’s preferred channel. The aim is to support the banking institute in developing proactive campaigns for customers more inclined toward a specific type of product/service.

Cedacri also offers the possibility to use a “Services” solution, which allows the bank to define business logics and Cedacri to develop the necessary technical components (target, modelling, campaigns, etc...) in order to achieve a common objective.
